this clip is not yet available - sorry!   A child's life - aged 12 and looking after the family Granada for C4 -- dir: jane treays -- 48 mins -- 2006 Louise (12) and Jenny (9) are just two of 175,000 registered young carers living in Britain today. Both their parents are partially sighted and the two girls must care for them and their four siblings, day in and day out. They are supported by the local branch of a Young Carers charity which offer them the occasional day’s respite and the chance to get together with other young carers.
